Planteray 20th Anniversary XO is a luxurious aged rum originally crafted to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Maison Ferrand’s partnership with the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. This exquisite blend of extra-old rums, some aged up to two decades, undergoes a meticulous double-aging process: first aged in tropical Barbados in ex-bourbon barrels, then matured further in France in Cognac casks, using traditional French techniques.
The result is a silky, complex, and elegant sipping rum with layers of tropical richness, oak spice, and refined sweetness—perfect for savoring neat and one of the most celebrated XO rums on the market.
Nose: Rich aromas of coconut cream, banana, vanilla bean, toasted almond, and orange peel.
Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with notes of crème brûlée, ripe pineapple, baking spices, cocoa, and sweet oak.
Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering flavors of dried fruit, leather, nutmeg, and a touch of tobacco.
