This whisky has been matured primarily in Oloroso Sherry barrels then it was given a finish in a first fill Oloroso Sherry butt for a short time. Distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2023. The result is a wonderfully balanced, smooth and very complex whisky, which is delightful on the palate with a long and satisfying finish. Rich and chewy with a huge flavour. Bottled at Cask Strength of 52.1% alc/vol and un-chillfiltered, in order to capture all the signature characteristics of Edradour. Experiment with adding a little water to suit your taste and enhance the intense flavours, balance, smoothness and depth.
