Please note: Selecting Next Day Air does not expedite Whiskey Caviar’s internal processing time. Courier fees are paid directly and do not affect how quickly we process your order.
For time-sensitive orders, we offer Expedited Processing for a $40 fee, which guarantees that your order will ship within 24 business hours.
Example:
Order placed on Tuesday → ships by Wednesday.
Order placed on Friday → ships by Monday.
If we fail to meet this 24-business-hour guarantee, your expedited fee will be fully refunded.

All alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.
Important Update: Due to UPS’s updated policy for Adult Signature Required shipments, if no eligible adult is available to sign at the first delivery attempt, UPS may automatically redirect your package to the nearest UPS Access Point or other authorized UPS pickup location for secure pickup. This helps prevent repeated delivery attempts and ensures your package is held in a safe, secure location.
Once redirected, you will receive a notification from UPS with the pickup location and instructions. A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 years of age or older is required to collect your package.
Please note that this policy is determined by UPS and is outside of our control.
Discount codes offering free shipping apply only to Ground Shipping. If an alternative shipping method (e.g., Next Day Air) is selected without payment of the additional fee, the order will default to Ground Shipping automatically. It does not apply to shipments outside of the continental United States.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and free shipping incentives are limited to one use per customer, household, or transaction, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any attempt to circumvent these limits, including but not limited to splitting a single order into multiple smaller orders to reuse a code or promotional offer, is strictly prohibited.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion after deducting any applicable processing or shipping costs. We offer exchanges or store credit only in the following situations:
If your item arrives significantly damaged and you purchased Navidium shipping protection, you may be eligible for:
A replacement (if the item is in stock), or
Store credit equal to the item’s value, including shipping (if out of stock).
If you receive the wrong item:
We will send you a prepaid return label.
Once the incorrect item is returned, we will send the correct one.
If the correct item is no longer available, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price.
If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped, you may request a cancellation. Approval is at our discretion. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
Engraved purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled, as each item is custom-made specifically for your order.
