Nose: Citrus peel combines well with demerara sugar and chocolate icing sugar.
Palate: Single nougat (vanilla ice cream and wafers), all spice, chocolate coated coffee beans and a slight raisin taste.
Finish: Plenty of vanilla and creamy buttery pastry.
