Nose: Sherry aromas at first settle nicely with vanilla and fresh apple. Touch of cinnamon and spice.
Palate: The vanilla is still there and balances the sweetness and spiciness. Burnt orange skin and delicious oak leads to milk chocolate and nutty oak.
Finish: More nutty oak, rum soaked raisins and pepper spice
