The Gosset Celebris 2007 Extra Brut Magnum is a sparkling pour made for special moments. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is made in a bone-dry Extra Brut style. This release is from the 2007 vintage, presented in a Magnum format (1.5 litres — the equivalent of two standard bottles). Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne, established in Aÿ in 1584. Expect fresh citrus and green apple lifted by classic brioche and toasted almond, with a fine, persistent mousse.
